Wheelchair user - I was checked into their wheelchair friendly room. I did a video for Social media as I share my travelling journey - notdisabled_enough (have a look!) Staff were INCREDIBLE. treated me as a normal person and asked if i wanted any help before doing anything, including touching my wheelchair. They reserved a table for me for breakfast that was easy to get to. Breakfast was good and as i have allergies there was also plenty to eat. I also left something behind, they kept it for me so i could come for it! Sliding toilet door on the bathroom!

I had an amazing view. The room was very neat. My bed was absilutly comfortable. Room service was quick. Upon check-in the front desk was lovely.

We had 1 morning of the buffet breakfast. It was a good spread but we have stayed at the Garden Court before and found that previous stays had more of a variety. Eg they had bacon and pork sausages maybe its best to have beef / mutton sausages as an alternative. Second day they prepared a packed breakfast which was enjoyed by all! Thank you for preparing it for us.

The hotel is good situaded on the beach road with a see view on the indian ocean and close to main bars and restaurants fir the night life. It is also not too far to walk to port elisabeth CBD and to the harbour to eat fresh Fish.... It has a gym and a small swimming pool .the breakfast is superb and rich...

Garden Court Kings Beach was great! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. The waiters and chef are such good people. Vuvu, Morris and all the kitchen staff made my children feel valued and had knowledge on halaal which helped a lot when having the kids feel confident enough to help themselves. It is actually this stay that makes me feel confident of my next visit at another Garden Court in KZN. Definitely the benchmark for comparisons. To sum it up, will I stay there again, MOST DEFINITELY!!!

The Views and the room was really nice. and we got an upgrade for free to a sea facing view that was amazing. My wife and kids absolute,y loved that

We were involved in a serious crime and Sibusiso went way above what was expected to sort out stopping of cards etc. The rest of the team ere amazing and even moved us to a different room as we felt unsafe. The rooms were very comfy and the views were spectacular. Having Mike's kitchen downstairs was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was a delight and better than most 5* hotels. We can't praise the staff enough and we'll definitely be back.
